Dale Ritchie

Program Manager | International Relations at XLA

Dale Ritchie has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Dale began their career in the U.S. Air Force as a Russian Linguist/Analyst in 1980 and continued in various roles within the military until 1997. During this time, they worked as an Arms Control Inspector/Interpreter at On-Site Inspection Agency (OSIA) from 1991 to 1994 and as a Senior Military Language Instructor at Defense Language Institute, Foreign Language Center (DLI-FLC) from 1994 to 1997.

In 1997, Ritchie transitioned to the civilian sector and joined the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, where they held roles as a Senior Linguist, Deputy Ops Superintendent, and Arms Control Inspector/Interpreter until 2001. Dale then joined MEGA-TECH, Inc. in 2001 and served as a Program Manager until 2004. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as the Director of Management & Admin Services at MEGA-TECH, Inc. and was later promoted to Vice President & General Manager from 2007 to 2010.

Following their tenure at MEGA-TECH, Inc., Ritchie joined XLA, Inc. in 2010 and held the position of Director of Operations until 2012. Dale then assumed the role of Program Manager | International Relations at XLA, Inc., focusing on program management areas related to U.S. Agency for International Development, Department of State, and Millennium Challenge Corporation.

Throughout their career, Dale Ritchie has demonstrated a strong background in international relations, program management, and linguistics.

Dale Ritchie completed a Bachelor's degree in Management at National Louis University from 1998 to 2001. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Project Management in Development (PMD Pro) from InsideNGO in January 2014.
