Raj Lagah

Raj Lagah currently serves as the Head of Systems Architecture at XLCC, a position held since June 2025. Previously, Raj was the Lead Principal Architect at Whitbread from March 2022 to June 2025, where architecture and strategy were developed to support the company’s growth and digital transformation. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Director Enterprise Infrastructure Architect at Coca-Cola European Partners from January 2018 to March 2022, where IT architecture strategy was designed to align with business goals. Raj also held the role of Global IT Architect at TT Electronics plc from August 2012 to December 2017, leading transformative IT initiatives. Earlier career roles included Senior Network Systems Analyst, European Network Analyst, and European Systems Analyst at Anritsu from July 2001 to August 2012. Raj holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Westminster, earned between 2001 and 2008.
