Allan is currently the CEO at Xledger USA, where they oversee the delivery of the market's most automated finance management solution. Prior to this, they served as an Operating Partner at Banyan Software and as the Owner & CEO of The Alternative Board (Worldwide), providing practical and real-world solutions to businesses. Allan also held positions such as Portfolio Manager at Jonas Software, President/CEO at Constellation Payments, and President at Compusource (Jonas Software USA). Earlier in their career, they worked at EWS Group (Jonas Software USA) in various roles including President, Vice President of Sales and Professional Services, and Director of Professional Services. Allan started their career as the Vice President and Director of Sales and Marketing at Kloke Group, where they led sales, marketing, and operational processes and implemented culture changes that drove greater employee engagement. Throughout their career, Allan has demonstrated their ability to drive growth, transform businesses, and deliver successful outcomes.

Allan Lamar has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the University of Florida. Allan also has an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in General Studies from Suffolk County Community College.
