Steven Thomas has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Steven is currently the Global VP of Product at XLMedia PLC, where they lead a team in implementing a transformation and improvement program across North America and Europe. Prior to this, they served as the Interim VP of Product, establishing an MVP program to define the long-term tech and product vision for the company.

Before joining XLMedia PLC, Steven was the Owner/Director of CurveFinder, where they helped individuals and businesses adapt to the digital market. Steven also worked at UP Ventures as a Senior Adviser and Managing Partner, designing and directing innovation programs for established brands and governments. Additionally, they served as the Associate Director (consulting) at UP Ventures, consulting on market-leading projects.

Prior to their role at UP Ventures, Steven worked at JPIMedia as the Director of Digital Product and Innovation. Steven led large-scale digital change programs and transformed the company's product portfolio. Steven also worked as the Commercial and Digital Director at The Scotsman, improving the commercial performance and leading the successful digital startup WOW247.co.uk.

Steven'searlier experience includes working as the General Manager at WOW247.co.uk and holding various roles at The Scotsman Publications, including Head of Classified Advertising and Display Advertising Manager.

Before that, Steven worked as an Account Manager at Media-Link, where they managed accounts for Metro, London Evening Standard, Carlton Cinema, and Virgin Radio. Steven began their career as a Senior Account Executive at The Scotsman Publications.

Throughout their career, Steven Thomas has demonstrated a strong background in product management, digital transformation, and innovation. Steven has successfully led teams, implemented strategic visions, and improved business performance in various organizations.

Steven Thomas completed the altMBA program in 2016, studying leadership, innovation, strategy, change management, coaching, storytelling, and critical analysis. In 2011-2012, they obtained a Diploma in Digital Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing. Steven also attended West Lothian College from 1993-1994, where they pursued an HNC Sport and Leisure, with a focus on access to PE teaching. Steven Thomas completed their secondary education at St Mary's Academy from 1987-1993, achieving 4 Highers and 6 Standard Grades.
