Bex Griffiths

Bex Griffiths is currently the Volunteer Manager at XLP, where they lead volunteer and community engagement across nine London boroughs, fostering inclusive spaces for young people and their communities. With over ten years of experience working with diverse groups, Bex has a strong background in volunteer recruitment, training, and support, having previously managed a team of over 40 volunteers at the Parish of Herne Hill. Bex also contributes to the digital marketing efforts for Free From Events and Vanity Studios, emphasizing community connections and engagement through social media content creation. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Youth & Community and Practical Theology from CYM.
