Khushwant Rai

Khushwant Rai has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Khushwant is currently working as a Technical Lead AI/ML at XLSCOUT since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Data Scientist, specializing in Natural Language Processing (NLP), at XLSCOUT from September 2021 to October 2022. Before that, they served as a MITACS Accelerate Intern for Natural Language Processing (NLP) at XLSCOUT from February 2021 to August 2021.

In 2017, Khushwant founded Braiset Innovations, Inc., a company dedicated to creating innovations for the betterment of society. The company aims to improve the lives of visually impaired individuals and those on the verge of blindness. Khushwant is still actively involved in this role.

Khushwant Rai's education history begins in the year 2000 when they attended Police DAV Public School in Jalandhar, where they obtained their High School degree. From 2014 to 2018, they attended PEC University of Technology in Chandigarh, earning their Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering. After completing their undergraduate studies, from 2019 to 2021, Khushwant Rai enrolled in Western University, where they pursued a Master of Engineering Science degree in ECE with a specialization in Software. In 2022 and 2023, they attended the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies to obtain a Certificate in Artificial Intelligence.
