Barak Saadon has extensive experience in technical operations and support, previously holding roles at Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd. where Barak managed international support teams and worked closely with customers on complex technical issues. Barak has a strong background in mentoring and educating new support engineers, providing exceptional service to customers, and collaborating with R&D to resolve issues efficiently. Currently, Saadon holds the position of VP of Technical Operations & Support at XM Cyber.
