Stephan Rosche

Stephan Rosche has over 20 years of work experience, with a focus on sales and leadership roles in the technology industry. Stephan is currently the Regional Sales Director at XM Cyber, starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they were the Sales Manager DACH at SafeBreach from July 2022 to January 2023. From 2020 to 2022, they were the Sales Director at Synack, Inc., and from 2017 to 2020, they held the position of Sales Director at Skybox Security. Before that, they worked as an Account Executive at Veracode from 2015 to 2017. Stephan also has experience at IBM Deutschland GmbH as the Rational Software Sales from 2010 to 2014, and at Magic Software Enterprises as a Business Unit Manager from 2009 to 2010. Earlier in their career, they founded Stephan Rosche Unternehmensberatung and worked as a self-employed consultant from 2007 to 2009. Stephan also served as a Vorstand at ASERVO AG from 2003 to 2006 and as an Account Manager Automotive at Open Text GmbH from 2001 to 2003.

Stephan Rosche obtained their Diploma in Economics and Engineering from Aalen University between 1989 and 1994.
