Kai-Chieh Chang

Kai-Chieh Chang has over 6 years of work experience in the MEMS industry. From 2016 to 2020, they worked as a Senior Engineer at Asia Pacific Microsystems, Inc., where they had experience in NPI team project management, MEMS sensor/actuator manufacturing, and process troubleshooting skills including failure analysis, PFMEA, and DOE. In 2020, they worked as a MEMS Engineer at Coretronic MEMS Corporation, where they were involved in piezoelectric MEMS sensor/actuator device design and manufacturing, and was familiar with simulation and layout tools as well as design flow experience. In 2021, they worked as a Sr. Product Engineer at TDK InvenSense, where they were responsible for yield improvement of high volume manufacturing product including MEMS microphone and barometer, and testing system modification and validation to keep quality and reduce testing cost. Currently, they are a Sr. MEMS Design Engineer at xMEMS.

Kai-Chieh Chang earned a Bachelor's degree in Power Machanical Engineering from National Tsing Hua University in 2014, after studying there from 2010-2014. Kai-Chieh then went on to earn a Master's degree in Power Machanical Engineering from National Tsing Hua University in 2016.
