Madison Fischer

Madison Fischer is a legal engineer at xMentium since May 2024, having previously held various positions at Paramount from June 2015 to April 2024, including Director of Legal Systems & Operations, Systems & Operations Manager, and Contract Manager. In these roles, Madison advised legal teams on systems solutions, implemented workflow automation, and managed the development of the Deal Dash application for efficient communication across departments. Madison's experience also includes serving as a Junior Agent at Abrams Artists Agency, a Legal/Executive Assistant at the Law Offices of Jeffery K. Rubenstein, and roles in music management and festival production. Madison holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from UCLA and graduated from La Quinta High School in 2009.
