Drew Bornhorst

Drew Bornhorst has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Drew started their career at Preferred Printing Company, where they worked as a Machine Operator from May 2011 to August 2014. In this role, they operated post-press machinery, organized materials, and communicated with customers.

In 2016, Drew joined Advanced Testing Laboratory as an Analytical Chemist for a brief period from May 2016 to October 2016. Drew then moved on to INX International Ink Co., where they worked for five years in various roles. Initially, they served as a Research and Development Chemist from November 2016 to June 2021. In this position, they conducted research, developed and improved products, and created standard operating procedures. From February 2018 to September 2019, Drew took on the role of Assistant Laboratory Manager, leading a team and overseeing day-to-day operations. Drew also played a key role in implementing SAP and worked towards ISO certification.

After INX International Ink Co., Drew joined Kao Corporation as a Quality Services Specialist from July 2021 to December 2022. In this role, their responsibilities included ensuring product quality, conducting testing, and maintaining quality standards.

Currently, Drew is working at XMONDO HAIR as an Associate Product Development Manager since January 2023. Drew is responsible for tracking and managing product samples shipments, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that timelines and testing are on track.
