Arvin Dizon 🌐

Arvin Dizon has a wealth of work experience spanning from 2014 to 2022. In 2014, they worked as an Instructor II at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, teaching military topics and supervising tasks among military officers in reserve. In 2019, they joined San Beda University as a Professor of Physics, teaching general physics to college and senior high-school students. In 2021, they were appointed as an Art Director at Prodigious Worldwide, where they designed and developed publication materials for McDonald's Pokemon Happy Meal, NBA, and Cebu Pacific. During the same year, they also worked as a Graphic Designer/Visual Designer at DzoneDesigns Studio, creating brand identity guides for over 50 companies. In 2022, Arvin joined XMPro as a UX Design Lead, Toptal as a UX Designer, Product Gym as a UX Designer, and EWM NOW as a UX Designer. At XMPro, they conducted a heuristic analysis and developed a UX strategy for a client, resulting in a 20% increase in website traffic and conversion rates. At Toptal, they created two versions of a website's landing page for A/B testing, resulting in an increase in user conversion with the redesign. At Product Gym, they created an illustration toolkit for various products, which cut production time on client projects by an average of 1 hour per project and resulted in a 10% increase in client satisfaction. At EWM NOW, they designed a prototype application specifically for dental practices to use for tracking their daily finances and operations in a simple format, resulting in a 25% increase in productivity for dental practices using the application. Finally, Arvin was appointed as the Head of Design at DzoneDesigns | Studio, where they led the graphic design, development, and production of publication materials for the university, resulting in a coherent brand awareness and enrollment.

Arvin Dizon has a diverse educational background. Arvin completed a Graduate Studies degree in MAeD - Science Education from National Teachers College from 2017 to 2020. Arvin also completed a Predeployment Training from National Capital Region Community Defense Grouo from 2014 to 2015. From 2011 to 2015, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching, as well as a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Biological Sciences, both from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. Additionally, they completed Military Science 1-2 (2011-2012), 31-32 (2012-2013), and 41-42 (2013-2014) from National Capital Region Community Defense Group.
