Deon Fouche has over 12 years of work experience in various roles. In 2022, Deon joined XMPro as a Technical Delivery Lead. Prior to that, Deon worked at Youi Insurance from 2016 to 2022 in various roles such as Development Team Manager of Online Sales, Business Systems Analyst Team Manager, and Business Analyst. From 2015 to 2016, Deon worked at Whitbread and Volkswagen Group UK Ltd as a Business Analyst. From 2012 to 2015, Deon worked at Whitbread as a Business Analyst/ Web Analyst. From 2012 to 2011, Deon worked at Transform UK as a Business Project Manager & Analyst and at Camelot UK Lotteries Limited as a Solutions Architect (Same as Business Analyst/Solutions Designer). From 2010 to 2012, Deon was the Founder and Owner of Zulu Bikes and also worked at Grass Roots as a Business Analyst. From 2008 to 2010, Deon worked at nlyte Software as a Scrum Master and Technical Product Manager.

Deon Fouche studied Marketing at Nelson Mandela University from 1998 to 2001. Deon also holds a certification from Microsoft for Managing Projects with Project 2007.
