Martin Herder

Martin Herder is an experienced R&D Scientist currently working at xolo since May 2022. Prior to this role, Martin served as an R&D Scientist at micro resist technology GmbH from October 2018 to April 2022. Martin's academic background includes a postdoctoral position at Université de Strasbourg from May 2015 to July 2018, where research focused on photo- and electrodynamic covalent bonds for shifting reaction networks out-of-equilibrium. Martin obtained a PhD in organic chemistry under the supervision of Prof. Stefan Hecht at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin from 2010 to 2015, following a Diplom in chemistry at the same university from 2005 to 2010.
