Irina García began their career in 2007 as a Front Desk Executive for NH Hoteles. Irina then moved to ILUNION Hotels in 2008, where they continued to work as a Front Desk Executive. In 2009, Irina García was a Front Desk Executive for AC Barcelona Forum by Marriot. In 2010, they worked as an Account Manager and Corporate Events Planner for Grupo Hotusa. From 2011 to 2013, Irina García was an Events Team Manager for Grup SERHS. In 2013, they began working for Booking.com as a Senior Business Development Manager | Team Lead Support and Team Leader. In 2021, they were promoted to Customer Service Team Lead at Booking.com and also began working as a Customer Care Team Lead at H&M. Finally, in 2022, Irina García was officially promoted to Head of Operations at Xolo, where they lead, coaches and manages a team of Sales, Customer Success and Tax & Accounting for Spain.
