Eric Lai

Eric Lai is a highly experienced engineer with a strong background in RF communications and satellite systems. Currently serving as Payload Lead at Xona Space Systems since January 2022, Eric previously held positions at Amazon as a Sr. RF Communications Systems Engineer, focusing on LEO satellite communications integration and testing. Prior roles included Senior Engineering Specialist at The Aerospace Corporation, Wireless Systems Engineer at SkySafe, and various positions at Boeing Satellite Systems. Eric's educational qualifications include a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
