Wendy Cort

Wendy Cort joined Xontogeny in April 2019 as Director of Administration to serve in a strategic role focused on building corporate infrastructure, special projects and translating visionary leadership into tactical execution. Her 15+ year background in business operations across biotech, healthtech and financial industries includes leading the administration, information technology and human resources departments at rapidly growing public and private organizations.

With a focus on operational integrity and drawing upon her background in economics and statistics, Wendy creates a people-first infrastructure model to automate administrative processes and optimize team productivity though effective application of business systems, technology and database administration. Prior to joining Xontogeny, Wendy served as Director of HR & Compliance at Onduo, a Verily company (Google / Alphabet) and provided executive support and corporate administration for Longwood Fund’s Flex Pharma from 2015-2017 and at Sarepta Therapeutics from 2009-2015.

Wendy attended business school at Central Washington University where she simultaneously worked as a teaching assistant covering SPSS computer labs and business statistics courses and completed her BS with specializations in Marketing and Economics and is an active member of Women in Bio.
