As a Technical Content Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our customer portals built on Docusaurus. You will be responsible for crafting user-centric documentation, supporting both internal and external knowledge bases, and enhancing our customer engagement strategy. Responsibilities
Content Creation and Management
- Develop, write, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, tutorials, and user guides.
- Ensure all content is clear, concise, and user-friendly, catering to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand product features and translate them into comprehensive documentation.
Front-End Development
- Develop and maintain customer documentation portals using Docusaurus and React.
- Implement responsive and user-friendly web interfaces to enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure the technical accuracy and consistency of our documentation space.
Customer Experience Enhancement
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights to improve documentation and portals.
- Continuously evaluate and refine documentation processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the creation of multimedia content, such as videos and interactive guides, to complement written documentation.
Internal and External Knowledge Base Support
- Maintain and update internal knowledge bases to ensure employees have access to accurate and up-to-date information.
- Support external knowledge bases to provide customers with self-service resources that enhance their product experience.
