Viorica Motilica began their work experience in 2018 as an Assistant Manager at Restaurant Stahlbad, where they were responsible for maintaining food and beverage service standards, managing costs, and ensuring health and safety procedures. In 2020, they joined XOR as an Account Executive, a fast-growing HR Technology company focused on utilizing artificial intelligence to enhance talent acquisition processes. At XOR, Viorica's role involves providing personalized feedback to candidates, enabling recruiters to focus on strategic decisions, and saving employers significant amounts of money through streamlined recruitment processes.

Viorica Motilica obtained a Licentiate in Economic Sciences with a specialization in Marketing from Academia de Studii Economice din Moldova. Viorica attended this institution from 2014 to 2017.
