Christy Lyons, PHR, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished HR and talent consultant with extensive experience in human resources, people operations, and organizational transformation. Currently serving as a consultant at 4 Point Consulting since February 2015, Christy provides advisory services across various sectors, including engagements with Ritholtz Wealth Management and Xora Innovation. As CEO and Principal Consultant, Christy successfully scaled the company to 30 employees and set a trajectory for $5 million in revenue pre-COVID.
