Krupa NS is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as CHRO at Xoriant since June 2023, Krupa previously held the position of Global HR Head at STL Digital from April 2022 to June 2023. Notably, Krupa spent 15 years at HCL Technologies in various capacities, including VP - Head HR for Industry Software & IoT WoRKS, where responsibilities encompassed complete employee life cycle management, performance management, and driving efficiency initiatives. Earlier career experiences included HR roles at Misys Banking Systems and HCL Technologies, as well as recruitment and business development at Sampoorna and student relations at Aptech Learning Services.
