Sudarshan Warale has over 22 years of experience in the technology industry. Sudarshan is currently working as the Director of Delivery & Technology at Xoriant, where they focus on engineering, IoT, industry 4.0, and R&D. Prior to this, Sudarshan was the Head of IoT Practices at Xoriant from 2016 to 2022. Sudarshan also has experience as a Senior Manager at Diaspark Inc from 2014 to 2016, a Technical Architect and Product Manager at Chanakya Software from 2010 to 2014, a Principal Software Engineer and Architect at Symantec from 2007 to 2010, a Project Manager at Synechron Inc. from 2004 to 2006, and a Technical Lead at Dell from 2001 to 2004.

Sudarshan Warale attended Shivaji University from 1990 to 1996. Outside of this education, they obtained a certification in Data Science Orientation from Coursera in 2024.
