Aleksandra Grzywacz

Aleksandra Grzywacz has a diverse work experience history. Aleksandra is currently the Head of Operations at xorlab, a position they have held since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at UPC Polska from June 2018 to January 2022 as a Legal & HR Department Coordinator. Before that, Aleksandra was an Office Manager at BRAD Management Consulting from August 2016 to May 2018. Aleksandra also had trainee positions at the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland's Citizen Letters and Opinions Office in June 2015 and at a Town Hall's Front Desk in July 2014.

Aleksandra Grzywacz has a diverse education history. In 2013 to 2016, they attended the University of Warsaw and obtained a Bachelor Degree in Political Science through full-time studies. Following this, from 2015 to 2016, they attended Umeå University where they focused on Political Science. In 2017 to 2018, they attended SGH Warsaw School of Economics for postgraduate studies in Administration and Management. Aleksandra also completed additional certifications including Mediator in labor law proceedings and mediation in the organization from Polskie Centrum Mediacji in December 2020, and Mediator certification from Stowarzyszenie Mediatorzy Polscy in November 2020. Additionally, they hold a Certificate of language proficiency in English from Warsaw University. Furthermore, they have acquired a Personal security clearance for access to top secret information from ABW Internal Security Agency.
