Erin Rozycki

Erin Rozycki has extensive experience in the legal field, with a focus on healthcare and supply chain management. Erin currently serves as the Associate General Counsel at Xos Trucks, where they advise the Supply Chain team and executive leadership on business matters, including acquisitions and process standardization. Erin also works closely with the CEO and COO on mission-critical projects, particularly in the areas of Intellectual Property and Data Privacy & Security. Prior to their current role, Erin was a Senior Counsel at Henry Ford Health, providing legal and strategic advice on facilities, supply chain management, pharmacy, and occupational health law. Erin was responsible for overseeing the electronic contract management system and served on the Vendor Policy Committee. Before that, Erin worked as an Attorney at Hall Render, where they managed the supply chain services and strategies practice group. Erin advised multiple health systems on the risks associated with transactions and supervised a team of attorneys. Erin began their legal career at Dykema Gossett PLLC, representing corporate clients in employment and commercial litigation matters. Erin handled all aspects of litigation and arbitration, developed expertise in various employment laws, and supervised staff members.

Erin Rozycki has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration/Pre-law from Michigan State University, which they obtained from 2000 to 2004. Following this, they pursued their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law from 2004 to 2007.
