Caroline Tanzillo

Caroline Tanzillo has over a decade of experience in marketing and media roles. Caroline started their career at Claro as a Trainee de Mídia before moving to Ogilvy & Mather as an Assistant de Mídia e Eventos. Caroline then worked at Neogama BBH as a Media Coordinator and Supervisor. At Africa, they held various media positions, including Media Supervisor, Media Manager, and Media Director. Currently, they are the Head of Marketing at XP Inc., overseeing different marketing and media functions. Caroline has worked with clients such as Banco Itaú, Mitsubishi Motors, Budweiser, and Walmart.com throughout their career.

Caroline Tanzillo graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Propaganda from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo in 2010. Caroline has also obtained various certifications in areas such as negotiation techniques, presentation skills, and digital marketing from institutions like Google, Facebook, and Harvard.
