Luiza Ribeiro

Luiza Ribeiro has an extensive and diverse work experience history. Luiza started in 2006 with an internship at ArcelorMittal, followed by roles at USIMINAS and INSEAD. In 2008, they joined McKinsey & Company, where they held various positions, including as an Associate and Engagement Manager. In 2018, Luiza moved to Banco Itaú, serving as the Talents and Diversity Superintendent and later as the HR Business Partner Superintendent. Currently, since 2021, they are working at XP Inc. as a Partner, holding roles as CHRO and Head HR Business Partner for Diversidade e Comunicação Interna.

Luiza Ribeiro completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering at the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais from 2002 to 2006. Luiza also pursued a degree in International Business at Centro Universitário UNA from 2004 to 2007. Additionally, they attended INSEAD in 2011-2012 as an MBA Candidate specializing in Entrepreneurship, Consulting, Finance, and Marketing, and the Columbia Business School in 2017 for an Internal Coaching Certification Program.
