Daniela Ruiz Ornelas

Daniela Ruiz Ornelas is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as the Head of People at xpd global since 2022. Daniela has also held the position of Talent Growth Senior Manager at Europartners since June 2010, specializing in talent retention, recruitment, compensation planning, organizational communication and events, as well as performance evaluation in the international freight forwarding sector. Daniela holds a Master's degree in Organizational Development from Universidad de Monterrey (2017-2019) and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a focus on Labor at Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León (2005-2010).
