Vips Shah

Vips Shah is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and software development spanning over two decades. Currently serving as VP of Engineering at Xperi Inc. since December 2014, Vips previously held multiple leadership roles at Motorola Solutions, including Director of Engineering, overseeing a team of 115 engineers focused on developing a comprehensive PTT solution for public safety LTE networks. Vips began the career at DDEORG Systems as a Trainee Software Engineer and advanced through various positions at companies such as Lucent Technologies, Winphoria Networks, and Motorola Solutions, demonstrating a strong capability in managing engineering teams and driving innovative projects. Vips earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics from the University of Mumbai, graduating in 1992.
