C. Vivek Lal

C. Vivek Lal, MD, FAAP, serves as the Founder and CEO of resbiotic, a company focused on developing microbiome-based supplements for enhancing various aspects of health. In addition, C. Vivek Lal holds multiple leadership roles at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, including positions as a Board Member at the Bill Harbert Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Director of Clinical Innovation at the Marnix Heersink Institute for Biomedical Innovation, and Tenured Associate Professor in Neonatal and Perinatal Medicine. C. Vivek Lal is involved in several other ventures, including founding Alveolus Bio, a company working on inhaled live biotherapeutics, and Able Biolabs, a preclinical contract research organization. C. Vivek Lal also contributes as a Neonatologist at Children's of Alabama and has held various positions in medical and academic institutions.
