They have worked as directors at Telo Genomics and Clear Blue Technologies International Inc., as well as CEO & Director at Kingfisher Metals Corp. (formerly Seashore Resource Partners Corp.). They have also been Independent Directors at RepliCel Life Sciences Inc. In terms of education, the team is very qualified, holding degrees from The University of British Columbia in Science and University of New Brunswick in Law.
