Brian Menard

Brian Menard has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Brian currently holds the role of Chief Experience Officer at Xplore Federal Credit Union since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at OnPath Federal Credit Union from 2009 to 2022, serving in various roles such as Vice President of Strategy and Support, Vice President of Operations, and Director of Sales & Service. Brian was also a Real Estate Agent at Latter & Blum Companies from 2006 to 2010, and a Regional Director at Belk from 2003 to 2005. Brian's extensive career began at Macy's in 1986, where they rose to the position of Vice President and Regional Merchandise Manager before leaving in 2003.

Brian Menard earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, with a minor in French, from Louisiana State University in the years 1985 to 1989. Brian also holds a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
