Amy O'Day

Amy O'Day is an accomplished Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director at XPO since October 2022. Previously, Amy held key HR leadership roles at Amazon, including Regional Human Resources Manager and Sr. Human Resources Business Partner, from December 2019 to December 2022. Prior experience includes District Manager at Zales and Director of Operations at Starboard Cruise Services, where engagement with onboard retail operations for Holland America Cruise Lines occurred. As President & CEO of ARO Holdings, Inc., Amy focused on brand identity and revenue growth strategies. Additional roles at Starboard Cruise Services, Target, and the FBI provided diverse operational and investigative experience. Amy holds a BBA in Business and Psychology from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, earned between 1990 and 1994.
