Jim Waters

Jim Waters has vast experience in logistics and operations management, working in various roles at companies such as RXO, XPO, The Home Depot, Exel Logistics, and the United States Marine Corps. Currently serving as a Senior Director at RXO, Inc., Jim oversees strategic client relationships and new business integration within the XPO Network. Prior to this, Jim held positions such as Vice President of Operations at XPO, Senior Manager at The Home Depot, Director of Operations at Exel Logistics. With a background in the military as a Major, Aircraft Commander, and Flight Instructor, Jim is well-versed in leadership and operational efficiency. Jim received their education from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
