Michael Beaty

Michael Beaty has over 18 years of experience in human resources and payroll operations, primarily with XPO, where positions held include Vice President of HR Operations, Senior Director of Payroll, and various director and managerial roles in payroll and finance. Prior to XPO, Michael served as Manager of Corporate Payroll Services at XPO Logistics, formerly Con-way Inc. Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of Washington between 1989 and 1993.
