Pablo Eguez

Pablo Eguez serves as Vice President of Human Resources and Employee & Labor Relations for Less-Than-Truckload at XPO Logistics, Inc., overseeing a team of 10 District Directors and 37 Managers/Generalists across 134 service centers and more than 10,000 team members, generating over $2 billion in revenue. Prior to XPO, Pablo held various roles at Target, including Director of Employee and Labor Relations, where responsibilities encompassed labor relations functions impacting 350,000 employees. Earlier experience includes positions at The Coca-Cola Company and IBM, with a strong foundation in operations and human resources. Pablo Eguez holds an MBA in Operations Management from Southern New Hampshire University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Marketing and Finance from Universidad San Francisco de Quito.
