Ronald John

Ronald John has extensive experience in technical support and systems engineering, currently serving as an Executive Deskside Support Technician at XPO Logistics, Inc. since March 2019. Prior to this role, Ronald spent nearly two decades at Citigroup as a Systems Engineer in Executive Support from July 1999 to June 2018, and worked as a Systems Administrator at MicroAge from 1996 to 1999. Ronald's career began with the United States Army, where a role as Specialist Team Leader in Alpha Co. 142nd Signal Battalion 2nd Armored Division was held from 1986 to 1991. Ronald holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Computer Programming from DeVry University in Phoenix, AZ.
