Daniel Castelao

Daniel Castelao, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Owner of Xponential Fitness since March 2023, Daniel previously held positions such as Retention & eCommerce at Reef and Head of Marketing & Finance at ARC Mental Health, where a health center was successfully built and expanded to over 1500 patients. As a founding member of Wild Fork Foods at JBS, Daniel played a crucial role in transforming the company into an established international brand. Additional experience includes business development at Novartis, product management at Citi, project management at MeringCarson, and account management at Signi. Educationally, Daniel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and International Business from the University of San Diego and an MBA from the University of Miami.
