Joanne Song

Joanne Song has a robust background in franchise development and operations, currently serving as the Director of Franchise Development Administration at Xponential Fitness since November 2020, after previously holding roles as Senior Franchise Development Project Manager and Franchise Development Project Manager. Before joining Xponential Fitness, Joanne contributed as Operations Project Manager at Pure Barre and gained experience as Executive Assistant at Row House. Earlier career roles included office support at the City of Walnut and customer service at SUNJEEN, INC. and Gary M. Souza Physical Therapy. Joanne holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from California State University, Fullerton, and an Associate’s Degree from Mt. San Antonio College, alongside studies at UC Irvine.
