Steve Pankowski

Steve Pankowski has a diverse work experience in the sports and fitness industry. Steve is currently the Executive Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Xponential Fitness since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at the Los Angeles Chargers, where they held various roles. From April 2020 to September 2021, they served as the Director of Corporate Partnerships. Earlier, from April 2017 to April 2020, they were the Senior Manager of Corporate Partnerships. Before joining the Chargers, Pankowski worked in ticket sales at the Los Angeles Chargers from February 2012 to January 2017 and at the San Diego Chargers from September 2008 to February 2012. Steve also has experience in sales and marketing roles, including working as a Sales Representative at the Pac-10 Men's College Basketball Tournament and as an Inside Sales Representative at the Los Angeles Clippers. Throughout their career, Pankowski has consistently demonstrated strong sales and leadership skills, achieving excellent results and generating revenue.

Steve Pankowski received their Bachelor's degree in Sports Marketing and Management from Indiana University Bloomington in the years 1999 to 2002.
