Lisa L. Patz

Lisa L. Patz, MBA, currently serves as Director of Organizational Development at Xpress Global Systems since February 2022, following the company's acquisition of Pacific Coast Distributors. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at Pacific Coast Distributors, where responsibilities spanned product development and operations for a leading 3PL provider in the Pacific Northwest, and COO at curb-it, where Lisa played a key role in launching a two-sided digital marketplace and secured $3.5 million in seed funding. Earlier experience includes significant contributions at Pacific Coast Distributors in human resources and operations, as well as founding Hot by 6, a subscription-based SaaS platform. Lisa holds an MBA from the University of Oregon's Lundquist College of Business and a Bachelor's of Art in Management & Organizational Leadership from George Fox University.
