Jeff Ciampa

Jeff Ciampa has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Jeff began their career in the US Navy, where they served as a Lieutenant from 1983 to 1993. Jeff then transitioned to the U.S. Coast Guard, where they worked as an Accident Investigator and developed a highly regarded occupational safety program from 1993 to 1999.

Following their time in the military, Ciampa joined Sprague Energy as the Director of Safety, Training, and Environmental Compliance from 1999 to 2004. Jeff later moved on to Aggregate Industries, where they took on the role of Head of Asphalt Operations. During their tenure, they oversaw operations for a $131 million revenue construction materials manufacturing company and implemented long-range capital improvement planning systems.

Ciampa's most recent experience is with Xpress Natural Gas (XNG), where they have held several leadership positions. Jeff started as the Vice President Operations in 2017 and eventually became the Chief Operating Officer. As COO, their responsibilities included leading operations for XNG, a compressed natural gas provider that offers an alternative energy source to utility, commercial, and industrial end-users without access to a gas pipeline.

Jeff Ciampa has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marine Transportation from the United States Merchant Marine Academy. Jeff also participated in the Visiting Scholars Program at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health from 1997 to 2007. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Franklin Pierce University.
