Mo Hashemzadeh

Mo Hashemzadeh has over 30 years of experience in the biotechnology industry. Mo began their career in 1987 as a National Accounts Sales Manager at BioWhittaker (Lonza). In 1993, they became a Marketing Executive at Digene Corporation (Qiagen). In 1999, they moved to Dynex Technologies as a Business Development Director. In 2000, they joined PPD as a Business Development Executive. In 2002, they were appointed Director of International Business Development at Metrigenix Corporation. In 2003, they became President & CEO of XPressBio, where they marketed laboratory animal reagents and assays for HIV research, HIV-1 p24, p27 and HIV Integrase, as well as assays for Cas9 and HIV-1 RT.

Mo Hashemzadeh received their B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Mary Washington in 1985. Mo then went on to pursue an MBA in Marketing from Mount St. Mary's University, which they completed in 1999.
