Susana Gomes

Susana Gomes has extensive experience in the field of business management and Agile methodologies, currently serving as a Scrum Master at Xpressdocs since January 2014. In this role, Susana coaches teams on Agile values and principles, develops training sessions for new team members, and promotes best practices such as test-driven development and continuous delivery. Prior experience as a Client Services Supervisor involved overseeing staffing, managing workloads, and training employees, while also ensuring high levels of customer service and performance management. Susana began professional development as a Sales Coordinator at Xpressdocs and holds an Associate of Applied Science in Business Administration - Management from Tarrant County College, obtained in August 2023.
