Cara Soffer

Cara Soffer currently serves as General Counsel, Board & Corporate Secretary, and Head of HR at XWELL, a publicly traded global travel health and wellness company, since July 2021. Previously, Cara held the position of Acting General Counsel at EXOS, a leader in human performance and wellness, from June 2016 to July 2021, where responsibilities included reporting directly to the CEO and CFO. Prior to this, Cara worked as a Corporate Associate at Debevoise & Plimpton, focusing on M&A, bankruptcy, capital markets, and private equity. Early career experience includes a tenure as an auditor at Ernst & Young. Cara holds a J.D. summa cum laude from Rutgers Law School and a B.S. in Accounting from Penn State University.
