Lisa Boudreaux

Lisa Boudreaux, PHR, SHRM-CP, has extensive work experience in human resources and people operations. Lisa'smost recent position was as the Director of People Operations at XWELL since September 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at XpresSpa from September 2016 to September 2020, where they oversaw HR functions for all branches in North America. Before that, they served as a Human Resources Generalist at Vito Trucking, LLC from January 2015 to September 2016, where they developed the HR department and managed employee relations, compensation, and benefits administration. Lisa also has experience as a Payroll Specialist at BBSI from October 2014 to January 2015 and as a Personnel Manager and On-Site Staffing Manager for Gallo/G3 at Select Staffing from June 2011 to May 2014. Additionally, they held various positions at Gottschalks from 1991 to 2009, including Assistant Store Manager, Regional Store Systems Specialist, and Area Manager.
