Robert Bezemer

Robert Bezemer is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the learning and performance support industry. As the Managing Director of Xprtise B.V. since July 2016, Bezemer specializes in transforming L&D organizations into strategic partners using innovative methodologies like the 70-20-10 framework and the Five Moments of Need. Previous roles include Managing Director and Director of Product Management at AskDelphi, where Bezemer focused on developing a cloud-based performance support platform.
