Jan Smit serves as the Vice President at XPS Industry Relevant Solutions since April 2024. Prior to this role, Jan held multiple positions at Sherritt International Corporation from July 2015 to April 2024, including Director of Technology Innovation and Research Consultant. Jan holds a Master's degree in Mining Engineering with a specialization in Extractive Metallurgy and Minerals Processing from Delft University of Technology.
