Scott Tuxbury

Scott Tuxbury is an experienced insurance professional currently serving as Executive Vice President for Mountain States at XPT Specialty since March 2024. Prior to this role, Scott was the Owner of Tuxbury Insurance Consulting from March 2022 to April 2024 and held the position of Vice President and Branch Manager at Big Sky Underwriters from January 1991 until April 2024. Scott began with Big Sky Underwriters in 1991, acquired the company in 1992, and successfully sold it to Hull and Co in 2008. Scott holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Insurance and Finance from the University of Iowa.
