Tom Falcone has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tom began their career in 1994 as a Traffic Manager at iHeartMedia and later worked as an Account Executive Broadcast Services at DG Systems from 1999 to 2002. In 2002, they joined Sirius Satellite Radio as an On Air Talent and Production specialist until 2008. Tom also worked at DG FastChannel as a Director of Affiliate Relations from 2006 to 2008.

In 2008, Tom joined Extreme Reach as the Director of Affiliate Relations and later transitioned into the role of Vice President, Digital Media Relations from 2012 to 2019. During their tenure, they led a team responsible for communicating with web publishers and selling digital video advertising solutions. Tom also played a significant role in onboarding and testing operations with new partners to ensure effective ad campaign measurement.

Afterward, Tom served as the Vice President of Marketing at Extreme Reach from 2019 to 2023. Tom managed the product experience solutions and engineered various marketing materials to drive sales and retain existing customers. Additionally, they created comprehensive onboarding experiences for platform users.

Currently, Tom holds the position of Vice President, Sales Solutions Engineering at Extreme Reach. In this role, they utilize their subject matter expertise to make strategic business decisions and develop custom sales solutions. Tom also collaborates with the sales team to present solutions to key global brands and identifies opportunities for internal company improvements.

Tom Falcone attended California State University, Long Beach from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications. In 2018, they became Trading Academy Certified - Professional from The Trade Desk. In 2015, they obtained the IAB Digital Media Sales Certification from the Certification Commission. Tom also completed the Google Analytics for Beginners course provided by Google. Lastly, they obtained the Trading Academy Certified – Specialist certification from The Trade Desk, although the specific date is unknown.
