Vladimir Shkuratov

Vladimir Shkuratov is a seasoned professional in support management with extensive experience in the technology and operations sectors. Currently serving as the Global Support Manager in Operations at Extreme Reach since June 2021, Vladimir leads a diverse support division dedicated to delivering high-quality service to clients and stakeholders. Prior experience includes a notable tenure at Adstream from February 2012 to June 2021, where Vladimir progressed through various roles from Platform Support Team Leader to Global Support Manager, overseeing the development of a large support team and managing incident escalations while contributing to product planning.
